Refund Policy

We want you to love your decks. Because everything we sell is a digital product delivered instantly, please read this before you buy.

All sales are final

Due to the instant, downloadable nature of our digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is complete. By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree to this.

Why we have this policy

Our decks are delivered as files you download and keep forever. Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be "returned," so we are unable to offer refunds. This is standard for digital goods and is part of our Terms of Service.

The one exception — technical issues

If something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if:

• Your download link doesn't work or never arrived
• The file is corrupted or won't open
• You were charged more than once for the same order

We'll resend your file, fix the issue, or — if we genuinely can't deliver what you paid for — issue a refund for that order.

What isn't covered

• Change of mind after purchase
• Buying the wrong deck by mistake (email us before buying if you're unsure which one fits — we're happy to help you choose)
• Expecting a personalized reading or astrology calculations, rather than the self-answered reflection prompts described on each product page
